It all started out with the big hooha abt SPG posting up a nude photo of herself on her blog (i think she has taken it off the web) ...
didnt really bother too much about that - *Duh, i'm not les..

And the blogsphere was bombarded with comments, ya?
The press wasn't spared either..

I read off the papers [OMG, YES! I sometimes browse the newspapers], by Janice Wong, who often writes abt the neurotism of women, her take on SPG - Single Picky Girl: Picky vs Discerning - we (as a certain collective group of females) are Discerning; prefering to save those poor male souls who have NO CLUE as to what would make us tick...

Is it that I'm REALLY PICKY? coz for a fact, aside from the "boy do you know how old I am" incident, I dont recall any other time....

OR a tirade of airy nonsense to crush that feeble cockroach's ego.. Votes?

Then there were the usual really annoying msgs from various guys trying to do the Internet-Pickup, which of course, I AM STRONGLY AGAINST...
* point to note: I dont mind an online friendship - gotta move with the times & technology; but I certainly am exasperated by the number of weeny balls that plague the realm of cyberspace! *BE A MAN!*
For that, I told JY:

Now people, don't get me wrong - swear words hardly find a way out from my voice box. It is in response to the overwhelming number of Stupid/ silly/ trashy/ down right idiotic blah blah blah blah blah msgs that just fly across in bits and bytes. One realises that there are FAR TOO MANY PESKY VERMIN to just keep letting it go by laughing it off and forgetting abt it. oh no, i dont laugh them off- i just glaze over them as would a half butchered pig looking at swill.

You know what *GASP*... ITS TRUE.
Because now, whether its ONline or OFFline: if guy-trying-to-pick-me-up doesnt Make ME, Entice me, WOO me, Sucker me into Wanting to Know him, then he can bloody well shoo off into the corner and soak up his diper with his piss...

So, I gather it would be the same for the rest of my "sisters" who share similar circumstances....
