sleep statistics

I may be a self confessed pig...
but it just hit me, a minute ago, when I was yawning for the 96698676 time this morning...

Last Night was the MOST SLEEP i got in over a WEEK!
- it was not a straight 4 hours. it was actually sleeping at 4ish, waking up at 6 to send bro to sch, and back in bed at 730, and woke up close to 10 to send sis to school.

on top of that, the average hours of sleep i got for the past month:
approx 5hr/24hr-time-period.



.......................... no wonder i'm popping pimples. :(
